Children's rates
Sharing a double room with 2 full-paying adults or in a single room with one full-paying adult:
- up to the age of 2 years free (cot)
- up to the child's 10th birthday € 20,–/day (extra bed)
- up to the child's 14th birthday € 30,–/day (extra bed)
Extra beds
Children of 14 years and older or adults will receive a 30% discount on the normal room price.
Rooms
Your room will be ready for you from 3 pm onwards on the day of arrival. If you are not intending to arrive before 7 pm or are delayed, we would kindly ask you to inform us.
Dogs
You can bring your dog with you (1 dog per room) only if this has been agreed on in advance. A fee of € 6,– per day (without food) will be charged. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or the relaxation area.
Transfer
For bookings of 7 days or more we offer a free transfer to the airport or train station in Salzburg.
Salzkammergut Card
For bookings of 3 days or more we give you a free Salzkammergut Card offering great discounts on the most beautiful sights and interesting attractions in the region.
Cancellation conditions
- For cancellations made up to one month prior to arrival 40% of the total holiday price will be charged
- For cancellations made up to one week prior to arrival 70% of the total holiday price will be charged
- For cancellations made in the week prior to arrival 90% of the total holiday price will be charged
- For premature departures the room price for 3 days will be charged (excl. breakfast and half-board)
Payment
We prefer payment in cash or with an EC Card. The following credit cards are also accepted: Master/Euro Card, Visa, Diners Club.
